WHEN THE CITY GOES DARK, THE UNDERGROUND REBELLION AWAKES.
Beneath the scanning tractor beams of alien UAPs hovering over Victoria Harbour, a different kind of power moves through the shadows. The **SS887 GR Yaris** breaks away from the surface, diving deep into the raw, bamboo-scaffolded alleyways and subterranean sub-sectors of Hong Kong. Alongside high-revving Integras and white NSX legends, this isn't’just about escaping an extra-terrestrial threat—it's’about reclaiming the streets. While neon signs flicker against metallic motherships, the GR-FOUR AWD holds the line, proving that no matter who controls the skies, the asphalt belongs to the manual purists.
When Denzel Curry covered Rage Against the Machine’s Bulls on Parade, he didn’t try to imitate the original—he made it his own. Bringing his relentless energy and commanding delivery, Curry transformed one of rock’s greatest protest songs into a performance that felt both faithful and completely modern.
The result was one of the most celebrated rock covers in recent years, proving that the power and urgency of Bulls on Parade still resonates decades after its release. It’s the kind of performance that introduces a new generation to a classic while reminding longtime fans why it became iconic in the first place.
ep.5 directing a launch video while touching grass 👩🏻💻
honestly 1 have always been pretty skeptical of Al-generated video. However, the new vibe directing features of OpenArt really were able to handle not just the generation, but the production process end-to-end.
this doesn‘t mean taking out the originality or the creativity of the creator, but rather speeding up the process & visualizing the script to assist the actual shoot.
Released in 2000, Take a Look Around arrived at the peak of Limp Bizkit’s rise and quickly became one of the defining songs of the nu-metal era. Written for Mission: Impossible 2, the track cleverly reworked the iconic film theme into a heavy, rap-infused anthem that showcased the band’s unmistakable sound.
Blending crushing riffs, hip-hop influence, and larger-than-life attitude, the song captured the energy of a generation and helped push alternative rock further into the mainstream. More than two decades later, Take a Look Around remains one of the most recognizable tracks of the era.
In this series, Ustad Felix and I will explore various eras to tell you about important historical moments. We’ll begin with the era of the Prophet Moses.

Released in 1979, Stay With Me launched Miki Matsubara’s career and became one of the defining songs of the City Pop movement. Blending jazz, disco, and pop with her rich, soulful vocals, the track captured the sophisticated sound that came to define an era of Japanese music.
More than 40 years later, the song has found a remarkable new audience around the world through streaming and social media, proving that truly timeless music knows no language or generation.
Released in 2001, Superstylin’ saw Groove Armada blend house, speed garage, dub, reggae, and dancehall into a sound unlike anything else on the dance floor. Driven by MC M.A.D.’s unforgettable vocals and a bassline that instantly grabs your attention, the track became one of the defining electronic anthems of the early 2000s.
More than two decades later, Superstylin’ still feels as fresh as ever. Whether it’s played at a festival, in a club, or during a throwback DJ set, it remains one of those rare tracks that never fails to move a crowd.
Sometimes the perfect song is all it takes to turn a funny scene into an unforgettable one. The combination of country music, perfect timing, and great comedy is exactly why this movie moment continues to get shared years after its release.
Whether you came for the laughs or stayed for the soundtrack, this is one of those scenes that never gets old.
The fire plough is one of the oldest fire-making techniques used across Polynesia, including Samoa, long before modern tools existed. 🔥🪵 The method is simple in principle but extremely skill-based: a wooden stick is rapidly pushed back and forth along a groove, and the friction slowly converts motion into heat until fine wood dust begins to smolder.
Once an ember forms at around 300°C, it must be carefully transferred to highly dry materials like coconut husk or plant fibers, which catch heat quickly and allow the ember to grow into a flame. The technique demands precision—too slow and no heat is produced, too fast and the energy is wasted, and any moisture can stop the process completely.
In tropical environments where survival depended on fire, this wasn’t just a skill—it was essential knowledge. The fire plough is a powerful reminder of how early communities used patience, physics, and deep environmental understanding to turn simple materials into something life-sustaining. 🌴✨
Released in 1977 on News of the World, We Will Rock You was Brian May’s answer to one simple idea: create a song that every audience could become part of. With its legendary stomp-stomp-clap rhythm and unforgettable chant, Queen transformed a simple beat into one of the most powerful anthems in music history.
Nearly five decades later, the song still echoes through stadiums, arenas, and sporting events around the world. More than a rock classic, We Will Rock You became a shared experience, proving that sometimes the simplest ideas leave the biggest legacy.
Opportunities rarely announce themselves—they appear, demand a decision, and move on. ⏳🚪
The people who get ahead aren’t always the most talented; they’re often the ones prepared to act when the moment arrives. Waiting for the “perfect time” can mean watching someone else seize the chance you were hoping for.
Don’t wait for opportunity. Build the skills, stay ready, and when the door opens… walk through it. 🚀
Day 70 of turning my wuxia novel into a film with AI.
I revisited one of the aerial fight sequences, and this version finally feels much closer to what I had imagined.
The movement is smoother, the choreography flows better, and the action feels more natural than my earlier attempts.
Every new version teaches me something the last one couldn’t.
I’m still refining the action, but I’ve realised that great fight scenes alone don’t make a great film.
The next step is bringing the characters back into the spotlight—adding more dialogue, emotion, and breathing space between the action to make the opening scene feel complete.
Released in 1994, No Good (Start the Dance) arrived at a defining moment for UK dance music. As the government introduced the Criminal Justice Bill in an attempt to crack down on illegal raves, The Prodigy answered with a track that captured the energy, defiance, and spirit of an entire movement.
Built around Kelly Charles’ unforgettable vocal sample, the song fused breakbeat, hardcore, and rave into one of electronic music’s most iconic records. More than 30 years later, No Good remains a symbol of a culture that refused to disappear—and a reminder of how music can unite people in the face of opposition.

For centuries, Russian folk music has relied on powerful vocals, rich storytelling, and melodies that transcend language. Built around open chest-voice singing, the tradition was designed to carry across villages long before microphones existed, creating a sound that remains instantly recognizable today.
That tradition found new life in late 2024, when Nadezhda Kadysheva’s Plyvet Venochek went viral, introducing millions of younger listeners to Russian folk music. It was a reminder that authentic performances and timeless melodies can still connect with audiences, no matter the language.
The Highwaymen brought together four of the greatest names in country music history—Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, and Kris Kristofferson.
Already legends in their own right, they united in the mid-1980s to create a supergroup that embodied the spirit of outlaw country. Their songs celebrated freedom, resilience, life on the road, and the wisdom that comes with experience, inspiring generations of artists to stay true to their roots.
More than a collaboration, The Highwaymen became a symbol of authenticity, proving that timeless storytelling will always outlast trends.
